Where can you find the best cauliflower cheese on a Sunday roast (well, maybe as a side dish) in London?

Blacklock, Soho

Loved: Gravy was excellent, roast potatoes were sex, cauliflower cheese was top notch, that cheesecake ohhhhhh...and some outstanding service

Loathed: Yorkshire pudding too crispy and a tad burnt, beef rump was good but not as special as expected.

Origin, Farringdon

Loved: Possibly the best roast potatoes in the history of RDLDN. Meat was all very good quality, cauliflower cheese properly cheesy, cabbage really buttery. And a top notch sausage surprise too. Who doesn't like a sneaky sausage?

Loathed: No fucking gravy! I had to scrape cauliflower cheese sauce to use as gravy. Serious thimble vibes. Also the yorkie was heatlamped, but at least mercifully small.

The Connaught Grill, Mayfair

Loved: So the parsnips were crispy which was a delight, one, maybe two of the roast potatoes were excellent, the cauliflower/broccoli cheese had some glorious unknown cheese on it, and the outside of the really tender beef rib was supreme. Service was impeccable, wine silky smooth - you pay for excellence but you do receive excellence.

Loathed: Well the yorkie was like a sponge and overcooked a bit. Plus very limited gravy.

Leman Street Tavern, Aldgate

Loved: Gorgeous gravy, cauliflower cheese was excellent and they sold the lesser-spotted gammon. Surprisingly excellent.

Loathed: Well I wish I had ordered the beef as it was tastier than what I'd ordered!

Roe, Canary Wharf

Loved: The cauliflower cheese was exquisite (though not part of the roast), roasties were proper crispy, porchetta was delectable. And service was excellent.

Loathed: Well, I wasn't keen on the jus (you might be), and the yorkie was towards inedible.
